Sorry guys, I really need to update more. We just finished up Anime Cenral 2008. It's about the 7th year I've attended and the 3rd time we've done the artist alley. We had a few things to complain about last year with the registration fiasco, the low traffic on Friday, and the odd 'fenced off' nature of the entire artist alley. But this year they did some crazy voodoo magic on the registration process which moved all of the attendees through the lines and out to our tables in record speed

It had to be our best opening day sales-wise and we broke both our records for ACEN and Anime Iowa last year

Commission requests were especially strong this year as I did more at-con requests than I've ever done before--another first

Thanks to everyone that chose me--it was a BIG alley with a LOT of high caliber talent, and it makes this artist feel good knowing that he was still picked out among the crowd.

And I couldn't have managed the hustle and bustle by myself--nearly all non-drawing PR was handled by my lovely wife Miss!

She's the lovely manager and accountant for Radiant Grey

I got a huge queue of take-home requests lined up and I need to juggle all of it with moving into my new house, work, and everything else that's waiting for me when we get back home (we're still in the hotel at Chicago as of 9:40pm Sunday...that's another first! We just decided getting a good night's sleep would make the trip and homecoming chores more bearable).
I desperately need to figure out how to dress up my journal window here with headers, footers, commission information/status and the whole nine-yards. Basically, I need to take a trip into the FAQs section. 9__9
Cheers and thanks again to everyone we met at ACEN!

uh... ok, knock yourself out.
Getting used to the Intuos3 will take a lot of practice, especially if you're used to one of the smaller graphire tablets. But once you do, you'll love it, especially all the customizable buttons and the scroll strips. I cant live without the thing now.
BTW, im working on a new piece. check it out! [link]
I still love your art, and I'd love to see you update more!

Anna: See she finally spelled it right. It's called negative reinforcement.
Me: I'll negative reinforce your face...
&&Of course I got it framed. I don't need a Nick Minor original getting carelessly wrinkled and/or torn.
